Privacy Policy

Dayl (“Dayl”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates enterprise voice AI infrastructure. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this website, try the live demo, or interact with the Dayl platform.
Information we collect
Contact details. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, phone number, and your message. We use them to respond to you and to arrange and follow up on demos.
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use these to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Live demo audio. If you use the in-browser demo, your microphone audio is streamed to our voice infrastructure for the duration of the call, transcribed, and handled like any platform call: recorded, transcribed, and scored. Demo calls are time-limited and rate-limited. Do not share sensitive personal information during a demo call.
How we use information
We use the information above to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, run demos, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you.
Platform data
Voice interactions handled by the Dayl platform on behalf of our customers, including recordings, transcripts, evaluations, and analytics, are processed and stored in Middle East cloud regions under the terms of the applicable service agreement. For that data, our customer is the data controller and Dayl acts as a processor. Access is role-based, logged, and audited.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example cloud hosting), when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We require an equivalent standard of protection from anyone we share it with.
Retention
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and maintain our business records. Demo call recordings and transcripts are kept for a limited period for quality and safety review, then deleted. Platform data retention is set by each customer’s service agreement.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted, access is restricted by role, and administrative actions on the platform are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but security failures are treated as incidents, not footnotes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at privacy@dayl.ai. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a customer, we will route it to that customer.
Children
This website and the demo are intended for business users and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We update this policy as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date at the top.
