Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Dayl website and the in-browser live demo (together, the “Site”), operated by Dayl. By using the Site you agree to them. Use of the Dayl platform itself is governed by a separate service agreement.

Use of the Site

Content on the Site is provided for information about the Dayl platform. Capabilities described reflect the platform as deployed for our customers; specific features, figures, and service levels are confirmed in individual service agreements, not by this Site.

The live demo

The demo places a real, time-limited voice call with an AI agent in your browser. You agree to use it lawfully and reasonably: no attempts to extract other people’s data, probe or overload our infrastructure, impersonate others, or use the demo to harass, defraud, or generate unlawful content. Demo calls are recorded, transcribed, and scored like any platform call, and are capped in length and frequency. We may suspend or end demo sessions at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use the Site to build a directly competing dataset. Automated access beyond normal browsing requires our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Dayl or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them except as allowed by these terms or with our written consent. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or obligation.

Platform services

Production use of the Dayl platform, including service levels, data processing, security commitments, and acceptable use, is governed by the service agreement between Dayl and the customer. If there is a conflict between these terms and a service agreement, the service agreement wins for platform use.

Disclaimers

The Site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Demo conversations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; they are not advice and not a commitment about platform behavior in production.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or demo, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless a mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date at the top.
