Arabic voice AI alternatives: 8 platforms compared

Alternatives to Voysera, Dello AI, Munsit and Maqsam: eight Arabic voice AI platforms compared on dialects, phone calls, call QA, residency and pricing.

Key takeaways

  • Eight platforms come up when Gulf buyers look for Arabic voice AI: Dayl, Voysera, Dello AI, Maqsam, Wittify, Sawt, Munsit and Arabic.AI. They are not all the same kind of product.
  • Six sell voice agents for customer calls. Maqsam wraps its agent in a full contact center; Munsit sells Arabic speech recognition and synthesis as an API; Arabic.AI sells an enterprise Arabic AI suite whose phone agent runs on a partner platform.
  • Two publish prices (Munsit and Wittify) and Maqsam publishes its pricing structure; the rest quote per deployment.
  • Three say on their own sites that they score every call: Dayl, Voysera and Wittify. Verify that, and every dialect claim, on a live call in your callers' dialect.

The short answer

If you need one agent across phone, WhatsApp, social and kiosks, or an on-premises install, look at Voysera and Wittify. If you want an agent on the phone system you already run and callers in many languages, look at Dello AI. If you need a whole contact center for a human team with an AI agent inside, look at Maqsam. If you are building your own agent, look at Munsit for Arabic speech or Arabic.AI for an Arabic language-model suite. If your calls are Gulf Arabic and English and you need every call graded on a verified transcript, in Middle East cloud regions, look at Dayl.

Sawt, a Saudi-built voice call system with CRM integrations, publishes the least of the eight, so ask it for the details the table marks as not published.

How this roundup was made

Written by the Dayl team, and Dayl is one of the eight, so weigh it accordingly. Every statement about the other seven comes from that company's own website, checked on 11 October 2026; the pages are listed under Sources. Where a site does not say something, the table says "Not published", and where a company's own pages disagree, the narrower claim is used. Dayl's row repeats only what dayl.ai already states. The head-to-head pages go deeper on Voysera, Dello AI, Munsit and Maqsam.

Pick by what you actually need

Channels beyond the phone. Voysera puts one agent on six channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and kiosks. Wittify covers voice and chat, with WhatsApp and social channels in its paid plans. Dayl's agents work on phone and web calls and follow up by email and in your systems.

On-premises or air-gapped. Voysera offers its cloud or a full install inside your network. Wittify lists cloud, private cloud, on-premises and air-gapped deployment. Munsit and Arabic.AI both offer on-premises options for their speech products. Dayl's site describes deployment in Middle East cloud regions.

Data residency in Saudi Arabia, stated in writing. Wittify's privacy policy says data for customers served from Saudi Arabia is stored in its Dammam region and does not leave the Kingdom, and is candid that real-time inference may run outside the Kingdom unless in-country serving is arranged. Dello AI says its data handling is aligned to Saudi PDPL and will tell you where data is stored if you ask. Dayl keeps recordings, transcripts and analytics in Middle East cloud regions. Whatever the website says, get the city or region for every processing step in the contract.

A contact center for your human team. Maqsam is the one of the eight built as a full contact center: seats for human agents, an IVR builder, dialers and local numbers in 200+ cities, with an AI agent inside. If you need that, start there.

Building it yourself. Munsit sells Arabic speech recognition and synthesis as a self-serve API with published prices; Arabic.AI sells an Arabic language-model suite with speech, aimed at regulated enterprises. Both leave the agent, telephony and QA to you or a partner.

Every call graded and auditable. Dayl, Voysera and Wittify all say they score every call. Dayl's difference is what the score stands on: each finished call graded against its own scenario's expected flow, with invented values failing the call outright, on transcripts re-heard by two independent engines and marked per line for confidence.

What no website will tell you

Dialect counts on a website are claims, not tests. Every platform here should be judged on one live call in your customers' dialect, over a real phone line, with an interruption, a switch to English, a phone number corrected mid-way, a request the system will refuse, and a request for a human. Our guide to testing Arabic voice agents lists the full set.

Then ask each vendor for three pieces of evidence from that call: the transcript with its confidence marks, the quality score with the reason for each deduction, and the city or cloud region where the audio is stored. Dayl's agent is live at dayl.ai/try for the first part, in the browser, with no signup.

Frequently asked questions

The closest Voysera alternatives are the other Gulf-built Arabic voice agent platforms: Wittify, Dello AI, Sawt, Maqsam and Dayl. Wittify is closest on channels and on-premises deployment, Dello AI on language breadth, Maqsam if you also need a contact center, and Dayl for Gulf Arabic and English phone calls with every call graded and every transcript verified.
