Key takeaways

  • Voysera and Dayl both run Arabic AI voice agents on real phone lines and both score every conversation; they differ in breadth versus audit depth.
  • Voysera is the broader platform: 16 Arabic dialects, 70+ languages, six channels including WhatsApp and kiosks, and a fully on-premises option.
  • Dayl is the narrower, deeper one: Gulf Arabic and English phone calls, with verified transcripts and scenario-graded QA on every finished call, deployed in Middle East cloud regions.
  • Neither publishes prices. Dayl's agent can be tried in the browser with no signup; Voysera's demo is arranged with its sales team.

The short answer

Choose Voysera if you need one Arabic agent across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web and kiosks, if your callers span Arabic dialects far beyond the Gulf, or if the platform must run on your own premises. Choose Dayl if your work is Gulf Arabic and English phone calls and you need to prove what happened on each one: transcripts verified by two engines, and every finished call graded against its scenario with a verdict and a score.

Both are Gulf-built, both put Arabic first, and both handle inbound and outbound calls. The honest way to decide is to put your hardest call through each, which the last section of this page sets out.

How this comparison was made

This page is written by the Dayl team, so read it as a vendor's comparison. Every statement about Voysera comes from Voysera's own website (voysera.ai, which redirects to voysera.si), checked on 11 October 2026, and each page used is listed under Sources. Where Voysera's site does not say something, the table says "Not published" rather than guessing. Dayl's column repeats only what dayl.ai already states on its platform, QA, pricing and capability pages.

Where Voysera is the better fit

Channel breadth. Voysera puts one agent on phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and kiosks, and lets a customer move from a chat to a voice call in one tap. Dayl's agents work on phone and web calls and follow up by email and in your systems; if your service runs through social messaging, Voysera covers more of it out of the box.

Dialect and language breadth. Voysera names 16 Arabic dialects, including Iraqi, Sudanese, Yemeni and the Maghrebi dialects, and says its agents speak 70+ other languages. Dayl's site claims Gulf Arabic (Saudi and Khaleeji) and English. If your callers are spread across North Africa and the Levant as well as the Gulf, Voysera claims the wider coverage.

On-premises deployment. Voysera says it can run "fully on your premises, inside your network", and that regulated clients can run it in their own cloud. Dayl's site describes deployment in Middle East cloud regions, not on-premises. If policy requires the whole stack inside your own data center, that favours Voysera.

Speed for business teams. Voysera offers a visual workflow builder and says "campaigns typically go live in days". Dayl's pilots usually go live in weeks, because the work is connecting your systems and tuning the knowledge base.

Where Dayl is the better fit

When every call has to be auditable. Both vendors score every conversation; the difference is what sits underneath the score. Dayl re-transcribes each stored call with two independent recognition engines, reconciles them with the live transcript and the agent's read-backs, and grades every line high, medium or low confidence, so a report never presents a guess as fact. Each finished call is then graded against its own scenario's expected flow, with a verdict, a 0–100 score and a per-check breakdown, and an invented or misquoted value fails the call outright.

When your human agents need the same tooling. Dayl's call suite attaches to any stack: noise cancellation, live voice translation, agent assist with cited answers, speech analytics on your own rubric, and real-time deepfake and fraud alerts. Quality teams get versioned evaluation forms with weighted criteria and auto-fail rules, random-sample and escalation queues, signed webhooks and CSV, JSON and XLSX exports.

When residency is a cloud-topology question. Dayl's runtime, recordings, transcripts and analytics are deployed in Middle East cloud regions, on self-hosted, carrier-grade telephony. Voysera's site offers its cloud or your premises but does not name the region its cloud runs in, so ask.

When you want to hear it before a sales call. Dayl's agent is live at dayl.ai/try in the browser, with no signup: pick a voice, interrupt it, switch between Arabic and English.

How to decide: the same hard call on both

Write one script from your real traffic and run it on both platforms. Speak your customers' dialect, not Modern Standard Arabic. Interrupt the agent mid-sentence. Switch to English halfway through a sentence. Give a name, a phone number and an address, and check every value is read back to you before it is used. Ask for a human, and check what the person receiving the transfer is told.

Then ask each vendor for the evidence behind that call: the transcript with confidence marks, the QA score with the reason for each deduction, and where the audio and transcript are stored. A platform that answers those three questions specifically is one you can put in front of compliance.

Frequently asked questions

For Gulf Arabic and English phone calls where every call must be auditable, Dayl is the closest Voysera alternative: it verifies each transcript with two engines and grades every finished call against its scenario. If you need WhatsApp, Instagram or kiosk channels, dialects beyond the Gulf, or on-premises deployment, Voysera's own site claims more of those than Dayl does.
